  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan microbial rennet
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic 30–45 seconds.
  3. Add cream and simmer gently for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
  5. Toss pasta with sauce and adjust consistency using pasta water.

Use freshly grated parmesan for best results. Do not boil the sauce aggressively. Add grilled halal chicken for extra protein.
